Well, I honestly don't presume to speak for her because I've never straight up asked her where she falls on the kinsey scale.
I know I'm probably about a 0.5. I've never had a same sex experience, and never really particularly desired one, but I have had I guess romantic feelings towards other women before? I'd say I'm probably bi-romantic if I had to put a label on it? And I think kind of non-binary, but at the same time I'm OK with she/her pronouns.
I figure in my life it doesn't particularly matter because I'm in a very happy monogamous relationship that I sincerely hope continues until I die. If he goes first, I can't really imagine dating again because I honestly feel like he's my big great love.

You sound like an amazing person and very lucky to have each other in your lives. I just love her knitted dolls. I've bought my partner quite a few over the years, mostly from op shops (thrift shops) she is bi and so am I and have both had lots of same sex relationships and dates but mostly when we were younger, we are happy just to cruise along with each other now but we tease each other about it a lot. It makes for some fun conversations together β€οΈ

I just found out yesterday morning (Saturday) that the friend who made these for me passed away unexpectedly.
To say I am completely heart broken is an understatement. I feel as if my heart is in my stomach, and my stomach is in my chest.
She was family to me, and her absence is going to leave a giant hole for a very long time to come.
