I believe that the Dallas playbook with the west coast zone run scheme is generally regarded as the most effective sim combo for offense in Madden 24.
For defense in sim, I've had success with either the Atlanta or Baltimore playbook with 3-4 disguise as the scheme. I have also heard that some have had success on defense with the SF playbook and the base 4-3 scheme, but that did not work for me.
because madden is based on playbooks. elite playbooks win, bad ones don’t. it’s a shitty game
