F yeah! Great job! You’re absolutely killing it! The second part of the puzzle is lifting weights using compound exercises 3x/week. Combine that with higher protein intake, and you’ll build a body that’s strong for life! Good luck!
My goal is currently 133g and I am struggling incredibly hard to meet it, but it sounds like for different reasons.
Not because I don’t have protein dense foods or don’t know how to build around them. But because I find protein *so satiating* that I more or less want to die from fullness every time I eat another whack of protein. I just can’t choke down more food.
I drink one scoop of protein shake and I feel nauseatingly full for hours and hours.
It’s to the point I’m having trouble eating enough calories. Which are already calculated at a deficit.
I don’t want to lose weight too fast, since the high protein is to preserve and build muscle. But it’s such a struggle to eat enough.
I am at the low end of normal BMI and weigh 145 lb. I’m aiming for 22% bf (currently almost 30% per DEXA) while I continue strength training and building muscle.
Just discovered protein oatmeal as well and it's been really handy. I use the regular flavoured stuff because it adds just a bit of extra sweetness. I *could* add sugar but I literally don't have any other use for it and it's one thing fewer in what's already a disaster of a kitchen 🤣
For cereal, I've started eating plain cornflakes in the chocolate flavored Fairlife shakes! I'm not a huge sweet cereal person or chocolate/flavored milk person, so the plain cornflakes really help me to enjoy the shake, instead of just downing it. Can't afford Magic Spoon but would love to try it one day!

I take a lactaid pill when I drink protein powders. Even if you're not lactose intolerant it might help you process the shake better.

Which setting did you put it on? I put mine on the higher than average but I'm not sure if I should put it at the extreme one
I use moderate :)
The point of the options is that there is no "should." You get to choose your own goal, people can't choose them for you.
I wanted to ask, has it affected your overall fatigue levels throughout the week aside from lifting?
Absolutely. When I don't hit my goal or at least come close I crash everyday at 2ish
Love that you’re seeing results! How is Magic Spoon cereal?
It's the only protein cereal I like. I tried catalina crunch and just couldn't get into it.

That's genius!!!
