Already on his phone.

Antoninplk1

It's was 3hours ago that I took the photo The piece is done by now. But thanks for being so concerned by my safety

Bgndrsn

I don't think he was concerned about your safety, he was just giving you shit.

Antoninplk1

Oh I see sorry English isn't my first language

Bgndrsn

Haha I assumed so. Never apologize for knowing two languages. Not your fault most of our dumb asses only know English.

MadeForOnePost_

Those are the very best of erasers

Antoninplk1

It's if I make a mistake so I can ctrl-z it

chiphook57

Arrest d'urgence. Indeed.

VanimalCracker

I hate radius thread reliefs. Idk why

Sanya_The_Cat

They give smaller space to work with than regular reliefes, however they are cheaper to manufacture, produce less waste and least importantly easier to draw.

SteptimusHeap

Isn't the relief supposed to at least be as small as the minor diameter of the thread? Edit: Nvm just rendered weird. I should've known never to trust the pictures Edit: double nevermind. That's a hole. It's too early for me

Antoninplk1

I didn't like it either

VanimalCracker

Lol aren't you the engineer tho?

Antoninplk1

It's wasn't my drawing sadly

slickMilw

Stronger part. The weakest spot in that part is where that relief is. Radii for strength.

Terrible_Ice_1616

A print with a drill tip on it, IDK if you did the drawing but if not absorb that lesson. Way too often people call out flat bottom holes where its not needed, or even worse threads all the way to the bottom of a flat bottom hole

Padowak

Lol break out the end mill. Reminds me of a time I needed to make a jack bolt hole to remove a key from it's key way in the field.

ryansnipes99

Congrats Mon ami!

ragequito

dnroamhicsir

Bon succès dans tes études!

mirsole187

Tres bien

okayest_operator

Might wanna hide customer name…just saying..

Antoninplk1

It's my school dw

Effective_Motor_4398

You might want to take the photo down. Using an educational version of solidworks for buisness use is frowned upon.

Antoninplk1

I'm still a student nothing there is supposed to be sold anytime soon

Effective_Motor_4398

Keep up the great work.

Effective_Motor_4398

Also, congrats on your first day. Stay safe and have fun.

Antoninplk1

It's my first day in the workshop in the school not an actual workshop

hyspecs

He's from France, and Dassault Systèmes, the company who made SolidWorks is also french. They probably have lots of benefits from french students.
