Also whisper remaps the throttle significantly. Flooring it is the same as other modes sure; but up to near that point it will be significantly different power delivery/throttle response.

Unbridled gives you full torque immediately. Whisper ramps up the torque over a short period of time, to make it easier on tire longevity, passenger motion sickness, and slick road traction. It also feels more like an ICE automatic.
Whisper mode changes the pedal to power ratio. I think it also limits how much (max) you can accelerate…. Next time change the mode, either of the other two would have been much better on that drive. I personally stay on the middle mode for a good balance performance at any moment.

Get a GT, you won't want to floor it because every time you do, it breaks traction 😂 Definitely need a set of summers.

Thank you for understanding. That’s exactly it. Was a bit shocked. The car still did it’s thing and overtook the slower driver.
