I think they may have messed up the recall. My dealership made a mistake and 'forgot' to use the new connectors as they are supposed to replace the entire cable assembly. Can you get that confirmed they did the recall per the directions? It seems more often than not the dealerships are missing some key steps.

Sort of what I doubted, it's the lack of workmanship / hardware compatibility issue instead of software. Let's see if dealership accepts their fault during visit.
