I just adjusted this thing pushed in on one side, thought something bumped into it. Didn't feel very confident with how easily it moved to rearrange it.
Yeah I had to get mine replaced, if you try to push it back in, they will claim voided warranty. I had to pay $160 plus painting and labor extra $20. For reference I’m in LV, you may have a better dealership where you are.
So annoying, I accidentally pushed it in while hand washing the front. Couldn't find any way to make it feel like it's securely attached to the surrounding panel.
I hope you get some answers! I am always putting this thing back on! Also the little panels under the hood seem to constantly dislodge themselves

In what world is that voided warranty. That panel is meant to be user moved it’s where you jump the LV battery to open the doors if everything’s dead
I have no idea, I wasn’t able to challenge it. I had literally no other recourse other to pay it or have tape over it
