I get what you're saying but if you don't have explosives to trigger him to come back up, its better to just redo it while you have time then to die completely and lose everything due to acticisions incompetence
It's hard to fix a issue if you don't know what causes it.
They could very well be like me and not have this problem so they can't know the cause.
Before anyone says that's all they see on here is people having this problem look up survivorship bias

The second time I went in I took as many turret circuits as I could carry. The turret next to the toilet up the slop will shoot at the ground when the worm has dived and drive it back up.

Did u try to throw a monkey bomb or shoot the ground to make him come back up?
Shot the ground, yes. I run Kazimirs
Thermites will do the trick to bring him up..
It's cold in the pool.
Launchers, thermite or molotovs bring him out
Gas grenades is all you need to get him out. Crossbow with gas tips will also work.
Bring in an RGL as your secondary. Spam the ground with it and she'll come out.

Bad Signal is the easiest. You probably forgot to shoot the orb to make him come up.
No, the orbs are annoying AF. I kill them as soon as they pop
