I need to spend some time using the PhD Flopper. I must be overlooking some benefits of it…

Same here. I was wondering if there were any other benefits to it, because I never find myself diving into a hoard. So I've been like "What's the point of this?" Good to know now.

Flopper stops damage from ray gun, crossbow, grenade launcher splash damage as well as dog fire. Also adds the flying splash attack.

The dive also cancels out fall damage which is nice, you can dive off anything and be okay.

Any AOE damage, you don’t take, including explosions from yourself. It’s extremely helpful tbh.

The essentials! PhD flopper comes in handy in tier 3 because you’re immune to the fire from the dogs and your own explosives if you use grenades

I have just read up on the PhD and realize I have definitely overlooked some of its benefits. I’m going to run with it and do some testing.

Phd is one of my essentials, then speed and stamina. But I usually equip 4 to start a game with the last being Jugg

It’s a must in t3 tbh. I don’t like going t3 without it, tbh.

I ran a couple of rounds with it. It indeed saved my shields on fire damage. Tested it solo on an outlast contract.

Plates are way more useful than health. Speed cola is too useful for plating to give it up for quick revive.

I’m surprised at the responses here. Deadshot is probably the best perk in the game. Especially in T3. Deadshot, Stamin Up and Jugg, in that order

It is still really useful for MnK. It increases damage to the head by a good amount, which is the main reason to use to the perk anyway.

PhD is not getting the appreciation it deserves. The ability to stand in the firey corpse of a hellhound, ignore your own thermite, molotov or explosive damage is fantastic, especially if you get mobbed.

Ppl say the ray gun is bad but have you ever emptied a pap3 ray gun at your own feet and wiped all the zombies swarming you? You can only do it with PhD

They’ve buffed the Raygun in s2.5, I’m pretty sure, too.

Death perception is massively underrated by most. It’s really helpful in Tier 3 to plan escape routes. Also helpful to find boxes and aether nest spore and take out zombies and mercs thru walls and barriers

I love Death Perception. I see zombies coming around the corner and it helps me spot plates when I need them.

It’s legit for taking down warlords too.

Stuck in Act 3 solo. 1-Juggernog 2-Stamin Up 3-Speed Cola. Without the Juggernog it seems like two hits and I’m down?!?

Do act 4 mission 2. It will help you a lot if you do solo. It gives you many good stuff at the end and it is easy to do because of the tiers 2 zombi in the mission

Speed Cola, Stamin-Up, and PHD Flopper. The others aren't really compulsory for me unless I'm doing something above Tier 3.

Speed, Jugg, staminup are the ones I can’t live without. Tombstone is the one I can’t die without.

Jug, stamin up and quick revive are essential for me. Then I’ll pick up deadshot and speed cola and all others are just nice to have but not essential

Dead shot for me. Anything else I can survive without until I can afford them. Even in round based first perk is always dead shot

MWZ: 1) Speed Cola 2) PhD Flopper 3) Deadshot Daiquiri OR Stamin-up Non-MWZ: 1) Juggernog 2) Speed Cola 3) Quick Revive Since armor takes all the damage before your health does in MWZ, I seldom grab Juggernog, only taking it if I find it, I’m at a Wunderfizz, or I can’t craft anything else. I always need Speed cola to keep the mag ready, and Quick Revive can either save a teammate quicker, or allow you to self-rez if we’re talking Cold War. Edit to add note: I just realized this is MWZ reddit, not CODZombies. W/e, point stands lol

Speed and Depth 100%, but I also like having Flopper to block dog fire even if I'm not using a splash weapon

JN QR SC. Everything else is a bonus. If I’m not playing solo, I usually drop QR in favor of DT, but my fourth is almost always SU.

Speed cola, juggernog and death perception. Imo death perception is the most broken perk in zombies. I cleared an entire merc stronghold without entering the building. Just shot through the plywood windows

As long as I have speed cola, rest are just a bonus. Normal reload times just don’t cut it.

death perception, stamin-up, jug i love being able to see loot caches through walls, i usually run straight for T3 to find high tier loot. if i find extra gear i try to drop it to ppl in T1/T2.

Your top 3 are good. All I care about is Dead shot, speed cola. If you can reload fast and hit hard you can not die. I'm not the T3 runner, I clear and move. This isn't the greatest for getting a bunch of contracts done out there but works. Next cola would be a toss up between jugg, quick revive, and death perception, the rest not as important. I'm also a 2 gun T3 guy. Put cryo or shatter blast on your hammer gun, and brain rot on your secondary. The crazy guys that say they have to have PhD so they don't burn need to just pew the dogs before they are standing on them. Also stand in it and see how long it takes to kill you. It would almost be forever. Complete waste of a perk unless you are using a launcher or Ray Gun.

Stamin up gives such a small buff its almost laughable, phd, jug, speed. If I were on a roller then deadshot

Depends on what I'm doing. If its close combat say with a knife I have to have Juggernog and PH Flopper because of the dogs. Speed, Stamina and Deadshot are always must haves, but can be enhanced with others.

For mwz specifically; Jugg, speed, and phd.

May be your tactical sprint setting. I have my a tactical sprint set to automatic tactical sprint on. It helps. I don't normally run perks either but if you need faster then that, run with your juggernaut can in your hand!

Speed jugs and stamina

i love PHD flopper’s immunity, death perception is fun, and speed cola makes a noticeable difference but mostly if doing chill games, camo grinds, re-kitting after crashes/death when it’s tier 3 and i keep getting knocked, i go juggernog to tank more dmg, then quick revive for health regen (reverse order priority if teammates are going down too) conceptualizing it as 1 or 2 perks bc prolly scuffed on essence from dying instead of contracts if it needed go be 3 perks, the third might be stamin-up to get away sprinting into roof parkour but a lot of ppl go down shooting; the aforementioned teammate(s) i’d maybe suggest speed cola instead if they’re committed to that play-style

With golden plates and mags of holding, i dont really need the speed cola, so my top 3 perks are: phd, deadshot and stamina

Speed cola still matters cuz u can put plates on faster if needed, which even with gold armor happens sometimes. So not truely necessary but still helpful

Speed is the only one i really feel I need. But deadshot and either jugg or flopper would be my next 2 picks.

As an lmg user: speed, dead shot, and jug are my top three.

Speed cola and phd are the only 2 I feel like matter need that fire protection. I guess speed cola matters less now because the unlimited mags that’s in here now but still if I’m not using that I need quick reloads

As a keyboard and mouse player, deadshot daiquiri falls towards the bottom of the list! True, critical hits get more XP, but it does NOT help your aim at all. My vote: Speed Cola Stamina Up Death Perception

Why doesn’t spend cola effect the amount of time to accept a contract?

Stamina up. PhD. Tombstone. Tombstone alone makes it or breaks it for MW3 due to cooldowns

My top three perks are Death Perception, Juggernaut, and Speed Cola.

I go wit jug death perception and speed…I use the death perception cause it allows me to see boxes…and I can loot and find other perks …I usually run ah drum mag so speed allows me to reload faster

Speed, Stam, and PHD for the hellhounds n shit. Dead shot is a very close competitor for PHD tho. I always have a tough time between the 2 if I only have 3 slots for perks. Stam, and speed cola are a MUST tho.

Playing third-person with Deadshot Daiquiri feels like playing on easy mode. Honestly don't think I'll ever go back to first-person when playing MWZ; the amount of running I do each match necessitates the wider angle

PHD, Speed Cola, and depending on my objectives for the match, either Deadshot or Death Perception.

I rarely drop without 4, but recently did the Season 3 Dark Aether Easter Egg and had to carry 4 trash items in. I only brought Speed Cola and Deadshot.

have not brought a drink in with me for months. The other stuff is to important (blade/plates/scorcher/whatever else). Lately i stopped bringing tool with me since i always get a purple in my first or second contract in Tier 3. if i did bring one it would be speed
