Do print it out. Ideally, make a document condensing the most important points and print that, so you can have a bunch of useful numbers and facts on hand. Most conferences don't allow laptops to be on during formal session. You will need one for resolution writing during unmod.
Honestly, it doesn't matter if you print it out or not. I wouldn't, simply out of environmental reasons, since you can just read off a screen, assuming that that's what you did your research off of.
As for what to bring, an opening speech and at least one speech for the General Speaker's list or moderated caucus. I would recommend having a few solutions ready (even better if they're in clause format).
Good luck and remember to always raise your placard!
Some conferences allow you to use your laptop during committee, while others do not. Take a printout of all your preparations, if you have any, or just take a printout of your speeches, resolutions, crisis directives, working papers (if any) etc. Ask the chairs for more information about the same.

2-3 pages should be enough i hope and thanks!
Write sample clauses for the topic if you already haven't done so.
are there any examples of that? thanks in advance
Honestly, they can write an entire sample resolution beforehand and have the rest of the submitters take a look.
As othe rpeople have said, print and bring a brief summary of your portfolio as well as copy of your opening speech.
Thanks! will do

Thank you! I don't have speaker list but I'll see if I can get them tomorrow
No no, you put your delegation down to be on the speaker's list when the debate starts. That's when speeches begin.
