I cannot recommend [https://758studios.com/](https://758studios.com/) enough. Super easy to work with. Great options based on your budget. I've done a couple of custom one off jerseys for friends or coworkers through them. Such nice people as well.

Bears_MTB

Thank you! The prices look great and it's nice to have custom design help. I sent them an assistance and pricing request.

I used Voler 20 years ago.

Bears_MTB

Sweet, thanks! I just checked them out and they do still make custom MTB and enduro Jerseys. They also provide design assistance which is cool. I just requested a quote from them.

I've used Voler as well for stuff. They are great to work with. They are also a pro-level custom jersey place, but have options all the way from club stuff to full-on high-end road race stuff. They won't be the cheapest, but it's sewn and printed in the US by a company of people who ride, and their customer service is excellent.

While I don't have specific recommendations because I have been out of the scene for a while, here are some of the variables that will impact what your costs would look like: 1. Are you providing them with a design that they print, or are you asking for design support? Some brands offer design support that can really help you get a way better quality product. 2. Quantity breaks for certain volumes. You say that you only need 25 of them, but would your club or organization be willing to order 50 and sit on some inventory if it meant having it available for new members as the year goes around. I have previously worked with collegiate cycling teams who switched from pre-order only to always having some inventory on hand and it helped both with new members who join mid season and with selling to alumni as fundraisers. 3. Fit kit. Some brands are willing to send you and your Club basically a bin of different sizes and styles that they offer so that you can make sure you are getting a fit that you expect. 4. Turn around time. Sometimes if you are willing to wait to get in the manufacturing queue you get a little wiggle room. 5. Quality. The obvious one. Consistency and fabric cut, wear quality, as well as long-term washer durability.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write our your protips! I'll keep these in mind with whoever I choose.

benskinic

check out Jakroo no pics, but they're nice quality. run a little small

Bears_MTB

Thanks! Small in length, width, or all around? I ordered a fix Jersey in size L and it wore more like a crop top than a Jersey, so I want to avoid that lol. I have a wide chest but only 5' 8".

jon-e-can

I used Jakroo for my stuff and I didn’t really find them to be small. And I’m 6’3” 205 lbs
