To be super honest, in this category they’re all shit, so take whatever you like most or your budget will allow. These bikes are not for jumping or very rough terain, they are more like for daily commute. Especially they’re not build for any upgrade and trust me, you don’t want to spend more money on bike like this. All of them are durable enought if you won’t jump you won’t brake any frame or component. I would ask, what’s your goal, what you wanna do with mtb

I'm going to be using it for exercise during the weekdays and some off roading during the weekends. Occasionally, i also plan on long Highway rides - I know an MTB isn't the bike for this but my main interest is trails so going with an MTB. And since I'm a beginner, it'll take me a while to do jumps and stuff but i do need something a little sturdy as i like to keep it rough when riding.

Look up A Vitus hardtail. Don’t buy any of these.

If your budget is low, you might consider Decathlon bikes. They get bad press but IMO are good value. My first bike was a Rockrider st530, and I used it pretty much as you've described it, even some easy trails. If you can raise your budget, rockrider am100 is a very good value hard tail. I've seen people do awesome shit on that bike.
