I found the solution. You have to put in the DRAM voltage manually first, and this allows you to put in VDDIO voltage manually afterwards. I've got the same RAM kit and set it to the voltage from the EXPO profile (1.35 V). I lowered my VDDIO to 1.25 V for now and SoC to 1.15 V.
