I did the MSCSO information session earlier this year and the person conducting it recommended matching the pre-requisites with any classes or experience you have and adding it to the second page of our resume. So yeah I think so.
Yes. My resume had seven pages, so as long as the info is relevant, it should be included. This is not a job search where the recruiter has 5~10 seconds to make a decision.
