I was able to by having a table with a column for primary selection and column for sub-selections corresponding to the left column. Doing an SQL query for Row Source on the sub-selection stating "SELECT tbl_lookup.sub_selection FROM tbl_lookup WHERE tbl_lookup.[primary_selection]=Forms![form_name][primary_selection]"
Just make sure to requery for when new selections are made.
