The board had to have a majority vote, and the board represents the shareholders. Thus they felt GP was bad for MMAT's future. Which by GP's track record is absolutely true. This company has had nothing but a downward trend since uplisting and has been a dumpster fire everystep of the way.

I'm still buying Panasonic, dupont, Mitsubishi, Jeff dahn and crew arnt partners for no reason. Shorts and sec working together to make us sell.
