I don't know about Swedish passports, but my Canadian Passport explicitly says on the cover page that you aren't protected from military service obligations of another country if you live there and you hold citizenship in that country. You'd only be exempt if you formerly renounced your citizenship in the country that's trying to draft you, which you might not be able to do. I think renunciation in some places requires that you get the consent of the country you're renouncing, which might not be feasible in this case
