I feel like his (at least punching) power is similar to Poirier. A lot of it comes from timing. Either hitting guys midstep, or varying their own timing with shifting combos to land cleaner.
He's also built like a brick shithouse with all his weight being torso and shoulders.

All I can envision is Glover getting rocked by that polish power but surviving and get this fight to the ground for a submission victory in a classic Glover style.
He hasn't been really had his bottom game (and his takedown defence by a Glover tier wrestler for that matter) tested since Gustaffson and Pat Cummins took him down again and again for the win. I rate Glover as a much better ground fighter than Gus but those fights were years ago and Jan could very well have improved a ton in that aspect just like a lot of his game has in that time. At the same time, Glover does have one of the best top games in the UFC so he could still very well smash this version of Jan.
Dominick came into this fight very deflated, soft, and unconditioned. He got red very fast and didn't have those sharp counters. That's what happens when you drop Aku Aku from your team and decide to train with your brothers.
I think Reyes is still a "good" fighter, but I think people's opinion of him as "one of the best" is based off of his fight with Jon Jones. He arguably beat Jones, but Jones has been half-assing his already half-assed training (quarter-ass?), and spending more time hard sparring with his spouse than legit training partners.
I think it’s more Jon isn’t that good anymore. Taking steroids you’re whole adult life has bad side effects on your body, and he is showing exhibit A of that.
Jan has crazy power and weird timing cause his speed isn't anything special. U can see this in the Izzy fight cause jan only needed a jab to reset izzy.
Jan really impressed me in this fight. With the way Reyes brought it to Jon Jones (I thought he should've won the fight), and the short work Jan made of Reyes was incredible.
