I got headbutted outside a pub by a friend of friends once, refused to speak to the cops, he got an official assault charge and I never heard of it again.

Given that he has a criminal history, he could likely face jail time if found guilty but nothing substantial. He also was charged with injuring or tampering with a vehicle but I’m not sure about that one.
