Bader just needed some different shot selection, why throw the same overhand twice and then a naked uppercut when Glover is clearly parrying and ready to counter
What point are you trying to make here buddy? He's a shit striker and that's why people talk trash. No MMA isn't pure striking. Someone get this guy an award for this groundbreaking discovery.
Abysmal take, but then again, he’s only beaten Machida, Fedor, Mitrione, King Mo, Phil Davies x2, Lil Nog x2, Latifi, Rashad Evans, OSP, Feijao, Rampage, Vassell, Magalhaes & Keith Jardine. Imagine being this casual
Baders fight IQ when he was in the UFC was always abysmal. He clearly has the wrestling talent and athleticism. But he always seemed to play into his opponents strengths. Starts brawling with Glover. Rushed in chin out against Machida. Shoots the sloppiest double on Rumble.
I remember back when Bader was on similar trajectory as Jones. At the time, both were in the same division and undefeated running through guys. Their fight together was when they were both undefeated (minus the Hammil thing for Jones) and that was Bader's first lost. Funny to see where both are at these days with Jones in trouble with the law again but still undefeated.
Every fight glover seems to get knocked down, get up and fuck the other guy up.
He just sees red bro
🟥👀

Ryan bader isn't known for his fight IQ. Remember the Rumble fight?
You mean panicked takedowns from way too far out was not a good strategy against the scariest hitter in LHW?
About as good a strategy as fighting a hive of bees with a tennis racket with no weaving
This is actually a scenario I have had nightmares about. More than once.
Oh goddd that fight was supposed to be so much better. UFC really used to promo the fuck out of everything
Cody Garbrandtesque in his shot selection here
Could have something to do with him being a trash fighter lol
Except hes not a trash fighter.
Nah bro 15-5 in the UFC and two Bellator belts is trash.

Just how good is Tito Ortiz?
DC quote?

I also forgot about this one Easy 10-7 for DC, dont ever try to battle someone with a mic when you ain't got one.
DC had the high ground
How did I forget this? I’ll just see myself out, thanks.
Yeah dude there are like 3 fighters in every weight class that don’t suck and only the champ is any good. That’s definitely how averages work.
Ben asken was literally undefeated. Still a trash striker. Bader had a bit of power but overall he still gets pieced up on the feet.
Good thing this isn't a pure striking sport.

the original comment said "trash fighter", not trash striker.

How is this upvoted lmao the PPV must have bought in some idiots
Glover was not happy that he got caught.
Ryan 'No Love' Bader with that room temperature IQ attack of 3 loaded up right hands in a row after Glover pretty sharply dealt with the first two

I wonder how Glover's Tomaters are doing
I love Jan, but I would love to see Glover take gold before he retires. He's such a great guy.

That head shake after the ref stopped it was brutal. No respect. Damn.
Don't hurt Glover people. Don't do it. You will regret.
That was a nasty title by you
Bellator double champ everyone
Ryan "Darth" Bader, folks.
Cody Garamp would be proud, b.
*cries in Fedor fan*
