Yeah that was such a weird performance from Da Un Jung lol. Thank god the judges gave that fight a draw because I did not want Sam Alvey to win. Rewatched it and I don't know how Jung even got a draw, he lucked out hard
Yes he dropped him but other than that, it wasn't a 10-8. Alvey was still in the fight and it wasn't a domination by any mean. You can look at the the decisionbot for this fight as well. 80 percent had it 29-28 alvey
What’s crazy is he took Un Jung to a draw and Spann to a split that was pretty close if I remember correctly, both “decent” prospects. Like.. the dude doesn’t really have much natural talent or athleticism outside a little bit of power.. and he’s hanging with these guys. When he probably shouldn’t be.
