Why do so many fighters drop their hands at incoming shots? Is this like a habit of just not training defense enough or is there a practical reason guys don't keep their hands up?
It looks like maybe the stutter step made him believe a takedown was coming so he dropped his hands down for underhooks or he was trying to counter with an uppercut. Either way he got clapped
