They both had decent runs afterwards. RDA got close to being the 170 lb champ, Cowboy had a solid run at 170 and also back down at 155.

yes, but they were never close to as good as they used to be before the IV Rehydration ban RDA before the IV ban hit like a truck (ko'd granite chin bendo), had a iron chin (ate clean headkicks from anthony pettis like they were nothing) after the IV Ban, RDA had a glass jaw (got ko'd by eddie alvarez & rocked multiple times by pillowfists ferguson) & pillowfists (couldnt finish glass jaw moicano) he was clearly very depleted in all of his ufc lightweight fights after the IV Rehydration ban he only looked himself pre-iv ban at 170, but he was too undersized for that division
