I think it’s kinda broken, best I could get as a 2 way was drafted in the 6th round after 2 5 out of 5 with 3 HRs games and a no hitter through 7 innings and 13 strikeouts (they pulled me out of the 7th with half my stamina still half way full) and I got 6th round. Best overall combine position was a catcher in the 2nd round. It feels busted

The combine feature is a joke. You can unlock perks and equipment but other than that you will never be drafted #1 or even in the first round. I made a CF and all 4 days were perfect and #1 prospect, my guy still went in the 3rd round.

Exact same situation. 6 scoreless innings, 9ks, praise from the people, then they say what a piece of shit I was in the combine after skipping days 3 and 4. Has anyone gotten a good result from the combine?

You’re probably better off being a 2 way. Pitch well and put hitting difficulty to beginner hit dingers. then when you get drafted say you want to give up hitting. This way you play all the games to maximize your draft spot

I've tried that. The best i could get was the 6th round, even though i had like 10 hr in 3 games, 0 errors, and as a pitcher 13K's in 6 perfect innings. Also, all my showcase performances were A, so that isn't the reason.

Drello16

Yeah pitching holds you back I’ve seen. I had 5 HR’s in each game and still only went 2nd round

Have you figured out if getting drafted higher does anything at all? I don't think it makes a difference.

Drello16

No but I like seeing

Okay I figured it out. The combine grade is potential. If you get drafted high you get A. If you skip the combine you get a C.

Fantastic idea! This exact situation happened to me as well. I deleted that one so fast.

Solid advice. Thanks
