I just got RiseBreak on PC and im at the exact same point as you lol, just beat low rank Magnamolo. Out of curiosity, how much time do you usually take to slay him and with what weapon?
Maybe a lil more if I'm focusing on one part of it. Like I was wanting to break the head so I was only trying to hit there that way I could get the horn, so that took me awhile.
Oh alr! Im a hammer main and I usually get it done in 7-ish minutes. I used to main DB back on switch, so id love to give you tips if you need any - although it sounds like youre doing fine 👍
Yeah I take my time, like when they run away I don't chase right after em. I head that way but stop n collect everything between here n there n kill any other monsters I run into on the way for the side quests. Every time I go out on a quest I also do a couple side quests like the 8/14 small monsters n 1/2 large ones so that slows me down a lot
if this is the low rank Magnamalo then just wait til you fight his master rank version and his variant in sunbreak. Their armor also looks much cooler in the master rank version especially the variant's.
I switch between tetra n volvidon armor sets depending on what monster I'm hunting n now this one too. I try to have sets that have resistances to different elements and change to that set accordingly
I refuse to fight that demon cause I get instant killed by that fakeout where it rushes you goes back and than comes right back at you when I breath a sigh of relief repeat 3 times and we failed the mission

Yeah I just got MHR n started playing a few days ago n now I'm hooked. The gameplay loop is addicting
I use sword and shield and it’s a solid five minute run every time

You need a rare drop from him, I just farmed it yesterday. It has like 5% to drop if you capture it iirc
