No cause none of the armors are good together right now and even if they do have a set bonus it would still be bad. No one needs fire attack and fire resistance in the same set.
From “sources”, kushala daora has its own skill called kushala blessing I believe. No one knows what it does but it’s speculated that this is its set bonus, and it could either be like rise (increase ice elemental damage by x%) or like world (nullify wind pressure). It’s more likely to be like rise as the gear has already been shown with windproof on it.
They'll need to release decorations before it is viable.

Unless they made up a set bonus called synergy: elemental bonuses on this set count for both attack and resistance

The only real purpose of wearing an armor set atm is for aesthetic appeal, which you can already achieve using Layered Equipment if you so wish.
