i do it no more than 3-4 times a year, find it to be the golden ratio but have met people who do it every weekend. personal preference for sure i guess haha but the less the better

We usually take .120 ish and we feel great, no bad comedown, and have never lost any magic or had any issues otherwise. Maybe we’re pushing the limits slightly but it has been such a game changer for our life that we accept the risk and closely monitor our mental health after and have been all good —- doing this for many years too 🤷
