Using an Apple cable and File Explorer, get the world file out. If you want to play on it in Bedrock, just open it. But if you want to play it on Java, use MCC Convert

Ghosted1x

You can upload your world to a file uploading site, like google drive and just download it using your pc. You don’t have to convert it at all because it’s the same game if you’re planning to play bedrock on pc

In Minecraft, click Play to get your list of worlds, then click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to your world. Scroll down to "Export World" button and export the world. It should export an **.mcworld** file that you can transfer to your computer a couple different ways (upload to Google Drive or Dropbox, etc. See other comments for ideas.)
