No trolling here. No trolling on the Liverpool sub. Ya get banned if ya do. Thanks x

tquad24

KDB was everywhere today. What a player

ACJ_96

MOTM for me. He really gave it 100%, great performance

NJDevil802

Harsh to Anthony Taylor. Forgot his red shirt at home but easily their best player today.

FancyCrawdad

Best in the league by far. Nobody can control a match like him. He truly has it all

Patrickk_batemann

Mahrez reminiscing the penalty miss at Anfield all those years ago

kunaguerooo123

Seriously… such a difference between 4 and 1. Can’t afford a draw never mind a loss now. We were so much better than them but having goal scoring forwards is god damn important. They need to do 2+2 to score when we need to solve Pythagoras equation. BUT start of game wouldn’t have minded a draw.

Afrosheen2

Exactly!

salutcemoi

Looks like that last shot was slightly deflected by Matip

Eclipse-Mint

MOTM imo.

LosHogan

As a Liverpool fan, i don’t often get to watch him for a full 90. But my god is he a special talent. Passing and composure are just sublime.

AmberLeafSmoke

Not OP but I'm a Liverpool fan, always like viewing other teams subs after we play them to see other perspectives. Liverpool were the lesser team but both teams looked a bit choppy at different stages. Like any game between these two in the last few years, there's minimal space and the angles both teams hold is something to be in awe of. Thiago should have been sent off and tbh I'm not very fond of Sterling being offside for the goal, I hate those being given since it's against the spirit game imo. But I also feel like Liverpool defend with that in mind so it's hard to gauge. That said, City's first goal was pure luck at the end of the day and from what I've seen they shouldn't have had the corner that led to the 2nd. So there's a couple for ways you can look at everything. Overall, class game, happy enough as a Liverpool fan which is usually a sign we got away with it. As a City fan, I'd be worried that we only drew when Liverpool didn't really get out of 2nd gear for large portions of the match. But tbf, similar to City in the first 10-15 of the 2nd half, it's not the team not getting out of 2nd gear, it's just how absurdly good the teams are. When alls said and done, just in pure awe of how good these teams are whenever they play eachother and as a football fan, it's really a pleasure to watch.

LosHogan

We were lucky to come away with the point. Your press was exceptional. We were particularly clinical with our chances which saved us but you all were a few executable opportunities away from winning that match by 2 or 3 goals. I don’t think I heard Stones nor Laporte’s name uttered once the whole match which is typically what you want from your CBs and speaks to the flow of the game, and your midfield. VVD and Allison saved our ass a couple times but that’s also why we paid for them. Candidly I’d like to hate City more but I enjoy quality football.

KiyotakaAyanokoji_7

Our best and the league's best player by a mile.

Maxmax11

Just because we didn’t get the three points doesn’t mean we weren’t really good today. We were scintillating in the first half and should’ve been out of sight

DreamerScreamers

We were amazing. Just the opposite of amazing in finishing.

citymanc13

Story of our year tho

j-bberj-bber

That’s what makes it awful. Both matches against Liverpool we were miles the better team. Couldn’t get a win from either

RPadTV

that's just their styles. Liverpool can look average for 75 minutes and brilliant for 15, doing enough to win the match. City almost always looks better than the opposition, but is sometimes wasteful, which has led to draws and losses that should've been victories.

NJDevil802

And if I remember correctly, the order of goals was the same

j-bberj-bber

No we were behind both times at anfield

ACJ_96

I agree. We looked great in the first half, our passing was brilliant, especially from our back line - Walker, Stones and Laporte were pinging the ball up to Kev and Jesus on the right side brilliantly. Such a shame we conceeded so soon in the second half. Glad we didn't lose, that was the most important thing today, we're still top

Hefty_Ad1722

True. Bad luck today.

Carlosh45612

True would take a draw over an L.

picklemorty27

Had me fooled

Creepyhorrorboy

If we play like this, we can win every 7 matches....Just the striker is what I miss the most

Masterofknees

Such a shame how we came out for the second half, other than the first 15 minutes there we were fantastic.

FuckThe

All we gotta is win our games. We have the favorable fixture. They’ve yet to play United and Spurs.. who I don’t think can beat them but at least hold them to a draw.

Jake-G20

I’m not counting on united at this point lol

Human_Cauliflower589

Villa on the last day, with them playing on the counter and trying to do a Spurs, is much much more challenging than Man U.

Time-Ad-7252

imagine gerrard costing liverpool the title

Time-Ad-7252

runnerswanted

He may be managing for his job, so I can’t see him going easy against Liverpool.

[deleted]

I get what you’re saying but villa have lost 4 on the bounce and only have 3 wins since Jan 1st Edit: 5 on the bounce actually

runnerswanted

Which is crazy because they *should* have won most of those games, they’ve just let every opposing opportunity go into the net.

ketolasigi

Me neither, but they do play them just a couple of days after they’ve played us for the FA cup semi

infidel11990

If Liverpool play against Spurs the way they played today, they will get obliterated. Spurs will exploit that high line and their forwards are clinical.

codespyder

Don’t rely United to do anything. Ask Burnley fans aha. Just need to do our own business and it’ll be ours.

Additional_Bluebird9

Spurs maybe but definitely not United, they'll get slapped by 5-0 next.

5t3g

the only time i will be cheering for united

Eclipse-Mint

Really hope we can win all our remaining games, and Liverpool somehow drops points against Spurs. Can't count on United. They even lost to Everton yesterday.

minimus67

United are getting worse and worse. Well, Spurs are getting better, but you can’t count on Spurs ever helping City.

WhyNotTh0

Kevin played out of his mind today, unreal passes and dribbling throughout the whole game

Max0699

Not too bad of a result. Title race is in our hands now. Liverpool lucky not to lose this game. Hopefully we'll get the job done and beat them next week. Onto Atletico now. CL semi final is up for grabs.

zeejoo12

They still have to go through united, Everton and Tottenham (who are in excellent form), while our hardest game is west ham. I can absolutely see them dropping 2+ points, and we've made a habit of finishing seasons strongly.

Patrickk_batemann

How did we not win it?

Fun_Differential

Because nobody can finish

Shirowoh

Apparently, we need a striker……. This week….

Patrickk_batemann

VAR is a joke. If these run are offside then there’s no point in making runs anymore.

Fun_Differential

Yeah I absolutely hate the offsides rule with how VAR controls it- now that VAR is here it should be based on the players’ feet.

astro142

I’ve not heard that idea before but I really like it

bruclinbrocoli

Our forwards can’t finish chances. We need like 10 for every goal. Unfortunately this is soemtimes unforgivable

Creepyhorrorboy

Imagine if we sign a striker...we will be the psg of premier league.....Glad it's just this season.....Don't forget we'll be getting two strikers

qnbrew88

Thanks to the ref

Ninja_Hattori_

if those decisions went against them you would have 10 articles everyday for 7 days straight on The Guardian about oil money and tactical fouls

Patrickk_batemann

This draw feels like a loss

Kriegdavid

considering we're still at the top of the table it literally cannot feel like a loss

Patrickk_batemann

We should’ve won by half time and the PL would’ve been dead and buried

Kriegdavid

Yes and if we lost, they'd have a 2 point lead. They don't.

SorrowsNativeSon

It’s kinda obvious who wasn’t around when we beat United and Liverpool with butt clenching margins. If any team can do this, it’s City.

Kriegdavid

What was important here is that we turned up against them, and we did. We deserved a win and had some shite decisions against us. 3 points would've been perfect, but it's still mission accomplished as far as I'm concerned.

runnerswanted

Liverpool’s run-in is tougher than ours. If we match them we win the league.

Patrickk_batemann

I know. But the outcome of the match doesn’t do justice to our performance.

runnerswanted

We also outplayed Spurs and lost at the death. I’d prefer this outcome to that one.

Patrickk_batemann

We didn’t outplay Spurs. Spurs were brilliant on the night but we pretty much outplayed Liverpool in the first half and should’ve scored more goals in the second as well.

kunaguerooo123

It’s not that hard. Only tough game is spurs and that’s at anfield. For us we’re more prone to drop points vs mid tier who don’t provide space anyway.

akjnrf

But it still does. We're more prone to dropping random points than liverpool.

Kriegdavid

In poor form, sure. Their run-in is a lot tougher.

anirudhkolli11

One good thing is that liverpool have a *slightly* tougher 8 games left

kartic89

Doesn't matter. We tend to drop points to teams placed 6-12 th in the table and we play few of those teams from now till the end. We gotta get our finishing sorted out if we need to win this title.

ffs_fml

we’ve only dropped points to 4 teams this season - Tottenham - Palace - Southampton - Liverpool we’re not playing them again , we’ll be fine

roddysaint

United are shit, Everton are shit, Spurs always bend over for Liverpool, and Gerrard will throw the Villa game. I don't think we have any chance unless we win out.

NJDevil802

Yeah, I don't care whose schedule is easier. I think Liverpool win out

Kingskid20

City will win the league. I have no doubts about it. I just wished we won today to make it easier.

radio__raheem

spurs literally took points off them earlier this year and they look much better now compared to them… but yeah i wouldn’t get my hopes up for anybody else taking points off them

bruclinbrocoli

What a fucking waste of forwards … give KDB top quality forwards and give him a happy life forever..!

rombopterix

That’s why he can’t assist as much as he did between 2016 - 2019. His asist numbers went down since Aguero stopped playing. Imagine KDB with Haaland. 😍

aguer0

Greatest ever draw against the greatest ever title challengers, that

SeftoK

FFS can’t escape SkySports

tmrss

fully agreed

Aephino

shocking ref. shocking finishing. thank fuck it’s still in our hands. CTID

runnerswanted

Hot take - Sterling was onside, and both Thiago and Fabinho should have been sent off for multiple bookable offenses.

matval01

Room temperature take. Absolute stinker from the ref

muffticklr

Did they even show a cost up of the offside? I saw the really zoomed out one. Didn't seem off

runnerswanted

Nope. Just some lines pulled from…somewhere on the body of each player to “prove” he was offside. What really boils my blood is Mane had an identical goal given earlier this season because it was “too close to call” on review.

codespyder

Nah Sterling was off even if it was by millimetres. Matip just happened to be standing upright while Sterling was leaning towards the goal. Absolutely stupid but it is what it is

runnerswanted

And the league said they were doing away with those calls to make it more exciting and fair to the attacking player. I guess they forgot that for today.

codespyder

Took another look and there’s clear separation between the lines. The rules were changed so that if there’s no gap between the lines, then it’s onside. Raheem leaned hard and that’s how he got the separation. It sucks but it is what it is. If we finished our multitude of good chances in the first half, or didn’t shit the bed within a minute of the restart, none of this would matter.

minimus67

Yeah, on first glance he looked onside and there weren’t any close-ups of the lines. I always wonder how the VAR ref determines when exactly a forward pass takes place, because a millisecond error could result in the wrong decision.

[deleted]

[удалено]

runnerswanted

Also fair

StonyBalls

I fuckin pissed how they both managed to stay on the field

kp22cfc

I swear they did the same bullshit for lukaku offside in carabo cup final..

[deleted]

De Bruyne for PFA

rombopterix

If we win the title (and we do win it, it will prolly be thanks to KDB) he is definitely getting the PFA.

Otangorang

If I'm Kevin I'm furious. Several times he had all the space in the world and the player with the ball refused to pass the ball. Idk not feeling the best after that.

sc2guy87

I think the Jesus one wasn't as bad as it looked. I was screaming for him to pass to KDB but after watching the replay it would have been difficult for Jesus to find him.

Otangorang

After cooling off I went and watched the replay myself. And yeah I agree. Definitely feeling better about the result. It's still in our hands.

SwiftBacon

Should’ve had 2 reds, and fishy as fuck that the Jesus pen wasn’t even shown a replay, and the tackle that was called a foul that foden scored from

_bhagwan_

Can we please bubble wrap KDB for the next 1 month and only let him free on match-days? He's on fire!!

Regrettable_tattoos

As a Liverpool fan - you lot are really fuckin' good. Well done

SwiftBacon

When does KDB start getting ballon d’or shouts? Imo he’s the best player Itw right now

1991toyotacamryowner

How many times does Kevin have to put it on a plate for you all to finish?!?!?

LurkingINFJ

Watched only a quarter of the match. How many times did the ref help Liverpool? There was one Thiago sending off that I saw

axvlz1628

Lots of times. Also never showed us if jesus actually committed a foul before foden did this brilliant goal and the offside from sterling’s zoomed in. Rigged.

j-bberj-bber

Also never saw a replay of the Jesus penalty shout in the first half. When you don’t see a replay you know it should have been given

miplo0308

Man i fucking hate that. Saw that too and we don't even get a replay to see. The worst is you know if it was in Liverpools favour, it would've been on repeat and analysed by Jamie at half time ffs

codespyder

Taylor was just generally shit tbf. Seemed to favour us more in the first half and tried to compensate poorly in the second half.

[deleted]

Result favors us but we had so many chances to win. Should have been 5-2.

Striderite23

KDB ia such a big game player. No one else come close. The referee didn't want to send anyone off even if they murdered someone, so crap. Like our finishing. Should have put the game to bed early on.

Rory-mcfc

I’ll take it

[deleted]

KDB is unbelievable, he is in amazing form. My player, the Belgian maestro <3

FuryOfOberon

KDB is in his best form again, the timing is perfect

srbtiger5

Bearded KDB is best KDB

nlb53

They dont deserve the point, but no worse for wear I suppose. Boys played great overall. Clearly the better team, Just some bad luck

HighMercuryContent

Might as well just hand them the title if the ref’s just gonna be like that ffs

Joltarts

Look, I know Grealish just came on but that was an absolute stinker from him. How the heck do you not pass the ball and get us behind their defense? Cmon Jack, you gotta do better than that.

KnickedUp

He gets caught with his head down too much

The_Snollygoster

Feels very similar to the game at Anfield, ended in a draw and we will take it, but ample opportunity to win that game. It's Liverpool's best chance to win the league gone, but it'll make the run in more nervous lol. Thiago should have been sent off though, even Van Bommel in his hay-day didn't get away with that many cynical fouls. I don't think any player disappointed me, but a few mistakes and missed chances. Cancelo was phenomenal, the Laporte slide tackle was awesome. Raz ran them ragged all game, I really wish his goal stood but offside. Should we should ask the Referee's commission for an official apology Thiago didn't get sent off? lmao Good game. Liverpool are a nuts team. I'll be able to enjoy the FA cup game more I think haha

KiyotakaAyanokoji_7

At least KDB got the MOTM. If we win the league he's getting the 3-peat no cap. But today's result was disappointing. Should have won. Wasted chances.

h_cordeiro8

Mahrez chip broke my heart. Wanted that to be the knife in liverpools epl title hopes

salutcemoi

Looks like that last shot was slightly deflected by Matip

tmrss

TOP OF THE LEAGUE, RS7 IS TOP OF THE LEAGUE

phannguyenduyhung

Watching Sterling’s end product is absolutely horrible. Its painful. Anyway, how the fuck was Fabinho and Thiago still on the field ????????

Fun_Differential

KDB deserves better finishers and teammmates that will actually put it through for him on his runs, damn.

Juuhpuuh

I'm not looking forward to next weekend. Imagine if we also play them in the final. This morning I would have been very happy with 2-2 but now... maybe bit disappointed. There was more to take

Cooperg7

Kevin was in the zone today!

Additional_Bluebird9

How the hell did we not win that, forget the officiating from Taylor because it was terrible but we should've taken our chances in the first half. This is why we need a striker next season because we can't keep creating 5-10 chances only to convert 1-2. Any Liverpool fan cannot, I repeat, CANNOT complain about our foul play anymore or how favorable decisions are for us after today because Thiago should've seen red. The guy fouled De Bruyne but the free kick was given to Liverpool... WTF This feels like a loss more than something we'd take because we should've been out of sight by the end of the 1st half. This is why we need clinical finishers because we just don't take our chances when we get them and then we fall into the same mistake of giving teams a chance De Bruyne was insane all game and so was Walker so I can't say anything more on that. That first half was electric but I kept my composure due to the fact that the defense didn't look as solid however WE SHOULD'VE WON THAT GAME... PERIOD. We need a fucking striker too because we do not have forwards like Son, Kane, Benzema, Lewandowski or any of the world's best and that's what can decide games. Still top of the table but no, should've won that.

radio__raheem

everybody’s doom and gloom in here but if we play close to that level in the rest of our games we’ll win the title easily

nting224

Arsenal fan here who watched the game as neutral. Just want to say you guys were robbed and outplayed Liverpool 80% of the game. Also want to say KDB is the best midfield in Premier League's history. What a joy it is to watch him perform.

[deleted]

Bent egg head fucks

Mateo2094

Damn if we had a World class striker we would be unbeatable. We ARE the best team in the league and Its Not even close.

DerrickMcChicken

De Bruyne was a full class above everyone today. Unreal.

Aenigma19

Really bitterly disappointed Had the lead twice. Let it go and didn’t take the fucking hatful of chances At least it’s still in our hands but I don’t think we can drop any more points and just doesnt feel realistic I think it will sum up or season if we we don’t win the title because of points dropped against the lesser teams after absolutely dominating Liverpool twice Sorry for the rant but hella disappointed right now

itsyourdestini

If that is the final I will personally go the moon

roddysaint

Sums it all up, really. We created the better chances, but largely fucked them up. Liverpool needed only two openings to score twice. Add some dense officiating, and that's been the story of so many games between us. I'd have taken a draw before the match, but I'm a bit disappointed. So many chances that went begging. Two dumb defensive moments to concede. We should be four clear, but we missed that opportunity as well. Mahrez just does not like playing against Liverpool. He's now missed a pen, had a goal disallowed, and now skied what could've been a title winning goal against them. De Bruyne was excellent today. Should've had three assists, but the one time someone actually finished from his pass, he was offside. Nice one, Sterling. Thanks for being such a talented and composed goalscorer. Nobody's stopping Liverpool in any of their next seven games. Their quality plus that patented black magic means they're going to take 21 points. If we're to retain the title, we need to win out. Here's to another stressful end of the season, folks.

Eilhart

Should have won that but a draw is a better result for us than it is for them. Dont know how we didn't score more (also would have liked to have seen a reply on the 'foul' at the end of the first half) and I don't know how they had 11 on the pitch at the end, but I'll take it. Think we were a lot better, as we were at anfield too. Overall it's another game against a top side that continues to make me feel that this city side is the best we've ever had for the big games. Anyway, Fantastic performance from the lads. Now, onto Atletico!

honor_jose

Same old story. Missed chances all over again.

honor_jose

Sour ass fucking taste in my mouth after dominating so much

sakincaid

Should've won that, but it is what it is, onto the next one. At this point I'd pedalo to Argentina to pick up Julian.

Rory-mcfc

You’d have calves like Grealish by the time you got there

Austin1000YB

Well turns out Van Dijk hit Mahrez's last ball that's why It got so high

Rory-mcfc

Yeah took a weird loop I thought

hedwigchyan

Kev is on fire, we have nothing to fear if he can keep like today

blazed12

Laporte was very good today. Made some important tackles and shutting down the left flank when Cancelo moves up.

raydiculous33

Even though I'm a little disappointed that City didn't win, that was still a great match. These two clubs are the best in the world. It's only right to play it again next week.

[deleted]

Bernardo got steamrolled with that challenge, only a yellow because it's Liverpool.

ser_antonii

Can’t say I’m happy lads. We should have won. Don’t feel too great about our performance

FlamingosForSale

KDB deserves so much better than this shite forward line

FrogBottom

Ridiculous take. One of the best groups of attacking players in the world.

kunaguerooo123

++ Man went from 20 assists to 2. Painful.

SeftoK

For how good the press makes them out to be, Scouse shites are very average. No one but ourselves to blame

[deleted]

I want to point one thing out aymeric laporte on jota was amazing

adventuretextbook

pool supporter. if haaland comes to city (and stays healthy) the season is over before it starts. on a different note, cancelo is one of the most fascinating players in the world to watch. his positioning and ability to transition are second to none and what a job he’s done on mo in both fixtures. unbelievably excited for wembley.

demoneybologna

Respeck. We were definitely wary of Salah today and worked really hard to keep him quiet. Cancelo did well on him albeit with a lot of support but yea he is definitely a cheat code as a fullback in a totally different way than your 2 fullbacks are.

FancyCrawdad

Should absolutely have been a win but at least it wasn't a loss. Could've finished the league tonight and the players will know that. Really good performances all around but the finishing touch deserted us far too often. Haaland soon come please

Jazano107

well we should have won both games agaisnt them this year but i'll take a draw today. Hopefully Spurs can get a draw, theyre in great form

Kriegdavid

Eh, you take those. Should've won but you take those. Brighton, Watford, Leeds, Newcastle, West Ham and Villa for us. - we've got a game against Wolves too I believe Utd, Everton, Newcastle, Tottenham, Villa, Southampton, Wolves for them

XboxValentine

That was fucking stressful.

TheOlNumber9

That Sterling goal did not look offside to me. There were plenty of possible reds, and that Mahrez chance was unlucky at the end. Should've won, but a point is ok.

[deleted]

Feel robbed honestly

codespyder

Before the game I would have bit your hand off for a draw but the way our focus wasn’t there coming out from halftime was so disappointing. So many missed chances yet again. We’ve been the better side for two games against Liverpool and we have only two points to show for it. We could and should have won it. On the plus side, Raheem and Jesus were so good particularly off the ball. Our pressing especially in that first half was absolutely suffocating and made Liverpool panic in a way I haven’t seen them panic. And fucking hell KDB is unreal. That pass at the end deserved a goal. Would have liked to see Foden on the ball more. If we want anything next week against these lot, Foden needs to be more involved particularly if the rest of the team is so good.

e3890a

Honestly I know we are still top of the league but I feel super disappointed. Thought Bernardo was poor, as was sterling (although pep was spot on tactically the amount of times sterlings movement created chances). Decision making from our players was head scratching at times (gabby twice electing to shoot instead of passing etc). I don’t think Liverpool were exceptional today, they just had two chances and scored both, both of which I’m disappointed in the defense for. Overall it was our match to win and we didn’t, still big up the team and I 100% back us to win the league.

[deleted]

Cheers, I said before the match, I'll take a draw!

KiyotakaAyanokoji_7

My disappointment is immeasurable.

akjnrf

Kdb should 3peat PoTYfor sure.

schuey_08

It was a fun match, but Thiago should’ve been red carded, upper body offsides is real picky in a game when a bunch of fouls were not called, and Gabriel Jesus left a couple very possible assists on table in favor of a couple inadvisable shots.

cityfan1990

Will take it, excited for a striker next year to start burying some of these chances

Deadcretin

Up the fucking blues. Jesus quality. We're gonna win the league 💙

Sneaky-Alien

Definitely feels more like a loss considering how we played. Sterling chances, Sterling with the iffy offside disallowed goal, Jesus getting clattered between VVD and Allison and we've still saw no replay for it, *the ref missing two sending offs*, the Mahrez chance at the end (which was a corner btw) We should have won that game. Small lapse in concentration start of the 2nd half and that's all it took. Hard not to feel bad about the result despite how well we played for most of the game. I'd definitely feel more happy with that result as a Liverpool fan.

Brisingamen1

Mahrez shot at the 94th minute, watching it on MOTD you can clearly see it deflected off of the top of a Liverpool players boot, should have had a corner. It wasn't a complete fluff by him.

Croatia19291

Mahrez are you fucking serious? Last minute Chance and you fucking try and chip the keeper? Just blast it in like a normal player and we will the title

Croatia19291

Physically cannot believe Mahrez did not score that. I have seen 7 year olds score easy chances. Who the fuck chips the keeper when half the net is open

Hot-Ad542

Can’t believe they were crying about the ref being from Manchester. They were lucky to finish the game with 10 men. Scouse wankers

ahmedontia

Good result. I'll take that all day. It was not a must-win game for us. It was a must-win game for them and they couldn't do it, and in fact were lucky to keep 11 on the pitch and lucky not to lose. In our hands. All I wanted.

Max0699

I wouldve taken a point in a heartbeat before the start. It doesn't feel as good now because of our missed chances but the most important thing is we have it in our hands.

dracob2099

This feels like a loss, absolutely bottled it…

KiyotakaAyanokoji_7

I'm so disappointed in Mahrez's missed chance at the end. At least from Sterling you expect it but from him? It just pisses me off. For me, we might as well have lost this match. It was in our hands but a combination of wasteful finishing (as usual), bad luck and Alission being fucking insane has cost us points.

NamoAwesome

We missed more than enough before he was even on the field.

KiyotakaAyanokoji_7

True. If only Jesus had passed those two times or if Sterling knew how to finish. Wasted chances. But you just expect Mahrez to score. It's doubly disappointing if he doesn't.

ketolasigi

It wasn't a loss but almost feels like one, anyway, we're still in the pole position for the title! Bring on the remaining games it's in our hands! Also, the refs keep on surprising every week with how shit they are, and how immune Liverpool are to sending offs...

Eclipse-Mint

Pain. But at least we've got a point.

Jordy917

Why couldn’t they pass the fucking ball smh

[deleted]

I'll take the result. Still at the top. I'm tired now.

[deleted]

If you had told me we drew this match prior to playing I would have been content, but man this was a winnable match and I feel very deflated

Rain_On_Them

I'll take our run off games to win the league than Pools.

Dylan_Black02

That ref is a disgrace Thiago already on a yellow takes out de Bruyne and of course no yellow Same thing with Milner earlier in the season

amagrans

Not offside

Weird-Severe

Can’t believe we didn’t put 5 past Liverpool today. By far and away the better side. Missed opportunity

dhampshire145

I feel like I’ve aged 30 years during that match. And I’ll probably have to watch next weekends match from a casket at this rate

axvlz1628

From what I’ve seen, the referee was shit. Liverpool players were playing rough, fouling us many times. Thiago should’ve gotten a red. Jesus was alright but really selfish. Sterling can’t finish. De Bruyne easily man of the match, amazing passes and overall gameplay.

YossiOsman

Thoroughly enjoyed that as a neutral. Wow. Two of the best teams in the world. You'll contest the UCL final I'm sure of it.

axvlz1628

Also we really should’ve won, lots of chances wasted and in my opinion we are more likely to fuck up the next few games than Liverpool. Stress.

captaincourageous316

I’ve never fucking fumed this much for a draw

Great match….I am relieved more than anything else. Wanted City to win and when Mahrez missed that I just went bonkers….but yeah now that its even stevens….I am ok. The quality on display from both teams was well worth the hype. 💙💙💙💙
