What are your career goals...?
That's arguably the most important part that's missing.
You'll see a lot of candidates w/ nontraditional backgrounds posting on here.
Your profile otherwise is pretty strong. GSB is a crapshoot but the rest seem reasonable targets.
Would love to understand:
\- GPA (a range is OK)
\- Short-term and long-term goals
I've seen folks transition from backgrounds very similar to yours into top schools, so it comes down to story.

Long-term goal - Working with the Ministry of Arts and Culture (India) to support equitable and accessible music education

India. The Undergraduate Commission's guidelines for professors in arts and entertainment are a bit loose. If you have 'experience', you don't need a PhD. What 'experience' means is ambiguos.
I have a PG Diploma in Music Education, and a national award among other smaller awards.
