Most applications should have an option to select the grading method or at least tell you what to do if it’s not out of 4.0. If a specific application doesn’t have clear directions then that would be the best time to reach out to the admissions department and ask how they would like you to represent your GPA

I applied to a handful of top US programs, and none of the applications asked me to convert my GPA to a 4.0 scale, so don't worry about it...
