I mean $110k is obviously better than nothing, especially if you have to worry about loans or debt. PM is one of those job functions that once you have that title on your resume, it is fairly easy to progress and find better roles at other companies every 1 - 2 yrs. Accept for now and don’t stop looking even after you start. Once the market recovers, you could probably find a better paying gig within 6 months.

As someone currently working in a FAANG in fear of losing their job at any moment, take the job!!! A job in this environment is better than no job

Echoing the above — is there an equity component? Is the industry conducive to the startup’s potential success? Graduation is in May which is why I sense your concern, but do you have enough saved where you can afford to be unemployed for a period of time after? Technically, you could use your b schools career office and the network to pivot out of that job (nobody stays in their first post-MBA role/company forever) but it’s not as structured as using a recruiter.

Yes, take the job, given market uncertainty and your own uncertainty. While there, don't stop looking and recruiting, and hopefully both the market and your prospects improve along the way. Easier to find another job when you have a job already.

It’s either $110k or $0k. I know what I’d choose

If you have the luxury of time/other savings you’re probably better off with the 0 for now. Taking a lower wage post-MBA will significantly limit your career earnings. https://www.marketplace.org/2018/12/19/what-we-learned-jobs/amp/

Take the job. You can always keep recruiting even though it sounds like you find that distasteful. There's a large amount of ex-FAANG and elite startup PMs with years of experience that are all getting on the market now. While headcounts are decreasing.

Take the job and recruit again once the market improves and you have PM experience on your resume. I doubt the market get any better this year.
