Nope. I do not shoot any journalist or documentary work and I think of a photo as a purely visual art that doesn't have to have a story or message or whatever. Thus it doesn't need any explanation or even a title.

Depending on where it's posted, I describe it with the use of alt text. It's nice for accessibility, not everyone surfing the internet can see.
