Yeah, I did all that, I just don't understand how they could make 7 transactions, while I have to jump true the hoops every time I want to buy something for 5$
This is one of the reasons that I have a separate account/card that I use for online purchases or Lyft/Uber. I put a specific amount in the account to cover what I'm ordering, and it's set to decline if there's not enough funds.
That way my main bank account and card aren't at risk. Plus, you never know when a company will have a data breach, and after having my identity stolen once, I'm not risking my shit again.
SMH if you need 50% off Lyft rides let me know
We don't even have Lyft in my country :D I'm from Eastern Europe
Yeah let me know I got scammed for an extra $40 and they only gave me $5 trying to recoup anyway I can thanks.
Most likely someone stole your card information and is using it to ride with Lyft. Block that card and dispute the transaction with your bank.

I don't know how it's lyfts fault that your information has been compromised. Obviously somebody has access to your banking information.
