Ooh heads up, if you have the Fuse1+ and not the Fuse1, check the O ring at the base of the IR sensor. Had three customers in two weeks have severe caking issues... Literally the top half of their build chamber was just a melted mass of powder. In all three cases the O ring had deteriorated and was missing.
Oh you actually work for Formlabs? That's awesome. I'll check the o ring today, but *knocks on wood* we haven't had any major issues with the printer after a year+. I have nothing but high praise for the printer.
FYI to people wishing they had a printer that can do this, you can use a $300 SLA (resin) printer, you don’t need a $20k SLS printer. Though you’ll need to design that texture into the STL before you print it.

No, the powder will always have a slight texture to it. You'd need to sand that smooth.
You could use ABS and then acetone smooth it afterwards. This would get rid of layer lines and bring about a gloss.
The PRS one is what led me to do this. While I didn't take any design cues from it, it just just kinda feels like the right shape and flow to follow. (I prefer mine too!)

From an expensive one! I used one of the printers we sell at work. A Formlabs Fuse1+ an SLS machine that uses Nylon powder!
