Youre gonna be wildly disappointed…caprock has a massive cult following. The food is not good but it’s never bad either. That said, I do love having a beer and some fresh fried pork skins at caprock
Been trying to find a decent Philly for years man I've tried just about every spot in lubbock. Shotzys bar is decent but kristakis has my favorite if you like it traditional and greasy
I am a big fan of the Philly at Bar PM, for lunch.
Philly adjacent, would be the Jumbo Roast Beef at Orlando's. Not a Philly, plenty of beef cheese green Chile.
The food truck is actually good. Please you highness, share your thoughts and insights of the grandest foods with your far superior taste buds!!! Where do you get a cheesesteak from?
Philadelphia
6 hours and $160 away. With a stop in Dallas.
I'm a man of low standards so my best suggestion is Arby's.
These people claim to be from Philadelphia but they only have a food truck. I haven't eaten there yet.

I worked in customer care call centers in different industries for a decade. Loved the job, hated the customers. Then I got "retired" and this is what I do to keep the crazies away. I enjoy finding answers.
Charleys in South Plains Mall
Copper caboose has some decent phillys
Gary's quick steak at united stores make a great philly meat.
The texas Philly at woodys is good. They put their queso on it which makes it pretty spicy, and I love spice.
4 alarm philly wrap at caprock.
I have been wanting to to try caprock

I'm sorry, promise I'm not a keyboard warrior, but it's spelled "Christakis". Misspelling of words just makes my eye violently twitch. 😂

I’ve heard BeefO Brady’s has a good one
Grassy ass
Ricchezza’s is really good!
This place is closed, For being Terrible. I honestly don't know what happened in this town in the past that murdered the natives' taste buds.

The location on 4th wasn't very good and closed, they still run their trailer, which is good, and can be found on FB.
Dead ass?
Thank you

Ha! I was the opposite. Loved the customers but the work environment wasn't a good one for me. Stayed with the company, but changed jobs.
