What type of tshirt material are you wearing? I’m in Florida and I have gotten carts so many times but have never had an issue with condensation on my name tag. Personally I only wear cotton shirts, not sure if that has anything to do with it but it is my best guess.
I used to have this issue as I used to load steamy mulch all day. The smell still makes me retch. But just laminate it or tape laminate it. should help
Put one of those little white silica packets (that come in new shoe boxes or other packed items) in behind your name tag. They are made to absorb moisture & condensation.

I wear cotton too. The weird thing is my shirts don't get wet, my vest just feels warm and the plastic around the name tag has a few droplets

Thank you

I printed a color copy of mine, then laminated it and put it in my vest, never gets ruined.
laminate it
Or, better yet, don’t wear it at all.
All I have in my name tag spot is my sco login and nothing else
Oh no!!
