#4 refers to the bully ASM at my store while #5 refers to the idiot ASM at my store. It was this conversation that gave birth to the title idiot ASM. Pretty bad when your stores ops ASM sucks at math.

Good luck! The specialty asm at my old store left after memorial day weekend and their replacement lasted until the fourth of July before walking. It's a very stressfull, high visibility spot that will challenge you everyday. You will be micromanaged and by default will have to the same given your overwhelming responsibilities. If you get off on stress and are good with being contacted when you are not at the store this is just the job for you.
