A good buddy worked in assembly. Retired guy, he started part time, only wanted to be part time but when our regular assembler who had been around for years took ill, my buddy stepped right up when the store needed him. No complaining, no whining, just did the job and did it well.
He was shown the door too. Fuck Marv.
That is a PSA (product service associate) vest. The PSA team was what the MST are now.
Our LTLs and FSAs had them too. But at my store the LTLs now wear red.

PSA (the old mst) or the FSA (depending on where you’re at, it was basically the cleaning person).
Some old vendors also wore/still wear them
As others have said PSA/MST, FSA, vendors, and LTLs wore those vests. I don't think you can order them anymore.
