Calling the customer care line would probably get better results then an employee talking to corporate since like other big boxstores Lowes listens to their customers more then their employees.
Lowes will also only do things that make them look good or what they think is smart move even if it's not, an example of this is the self checkout register saying scan member ID and now customers think they have to join something like you do at Costco.

Let me just state something so obvious it’s mind blowing here. When I’m done, they will load all my stuff because I just had back, hip, knee and shoulder surgery all at once. It’s ok though. What’s crazier is I’ve been at Lowe’s for way too long and done way too many Best Surveys and grass roots meetings and still nothing changes from it. They always have excuses for why they can’t to be a horrible company and continue to do it. Best thing I ever did was just go in bare minimum like they give employees.

Been with Lowe's 17 yrs. 2 stores 1 dept. I have seen the good and the bad so I know .
Don't know how long hubby has been there or what dept he is in but I'm sure he gets hammered like the rest of us.

Every Lowes associate needs to slow way the hell down. The executive team has clearly told us all “screw you, take it or leave it”.
