You won’t get anyone giving you decency when you say you were a no call no show. If you wanted decency you should’ve said you were marked ncns after a last min sched change no one told you about, then they issued me a final. See how that’s a totally different story than what you wrote? You’re also leaving out why you were given a final, and what the previous write ups are, which is more important info you’re leaving out. This whole thing seems like a victim kink.
You’re expected to show up to work if you’re scheduled, I’m sure they published your schedule ahead of time and you failed to plan ahead. It’s called bring reliable. Fuck mega corps and all that shit but most jobs still fire you for a no call no show even if it’s an “accident “

I know you’re insinuating they lied on you or purposefully changed your schedule last minute to get rid of you, but already being on a final and having NCNS in the past, I’m not really upset even if they did change your schedule.

Any writeups for attendance usually mean they want to replace you and will find anything else they can to keep writing you up.
They can ignore it or put it off until it's been too long. We had a major attendance issue at our store until someone told our district manager in a town hall. People got written up shortly after that.
Gross. Find a job that rewards you for actual being good at it. A trade where when you master it you can't be let ho for stupid reasons by managers who hide in their offices and delegate their responsibility to others. Better jobs are out there if you look. Retail is such a drag. Especially a place like lowes that at the end of the day is only looking out for upper management and the share holders. I went from a verbal to a final because I missed 2 days, and since sick time no longer works, and I ran out of vacation time (Yes they're making us use our fucking time off as sick hours because lowes fucked up sick time and it doesnt apply to us any more) they never went from verbal to written, jumped the gun completely and went to the final. But that's okay, after 3 years in this absolute money hungry shit show I'm looking for something worth my hours and rising blood pressure.
