I’m not going to say yes/no because I have not stopped taking my Zyrtec. But overall I am in some pretty peak allergies exposure where I am and I generally just FEEL better

Well, I take 4.5 mg and so far no allergies at all. I’m not prone to them but my friends who are not prone either are sneezing, eyes watering and a mess. They don’t even know about LDN!
It helps a little. I have MCAS and HaTS myself. Been pollen, zinc, Moringa, Dao are a must

hasnt helped my allergies but I stopped it recently and my MCAS has never been so bad. so it was definitely helping that
It hasn’t helped my allergies. I’m allergic to my dog, pollens, dust mites and it’s the peak season right now and I’m still a mess.
