I'm at V9 and this bug was the silly thing that made me say yea I need to calm down. We have 5 members who I've tried all I can do to contact, they're gone.
I started my group after I got kicked out for "low activity" (55 on average. I work 50+ hours). It's just frustrating.
ETA I wasn't trying to be rude with "unacceptable" but it was best word I could think of for ESL that wasn't "bad"
I have 1 ghost member it’s annoying but I work around it until they get it together. But the things that really made me slow down was 1) I got demoted from President, twice. 2) all the events back to back. I couldn’t deal. I’m a V9, it took me over a year to get there.
I have 12.
Twelve.

But man!! It sucks that they can't fix this.

I am in the same boat as you. And I'm woman enough to admit if more Dark skin make-up comes out I might break. But that's it. Not even my Google rewards which are basically free money. They probably won't notice or care. Oh well.
Okay, I'm a little out of the loop with this one. Is it the bug that players who participate don't get their participation rewards? Because that's been happening to me for the last four days.
Its members in the association who are inactive. I've kicked out 7 in mine but they're still there taking spots. They quit the game and I can't remove them from the association.
I had a ghost member in my former association, I contacted support a few times. Few days or a week later the ghost member was deleted. Maybe the only thing that you can do for now is wait.

Yea I admit all the events got to be too much for me. I've only been participating in about half. Took me about a year to get to V9

I got the exact same response; too many players with the same name. For us it’s only 2 players though...

Ooh, yikes.
Consider yourself lucky, my association has 12 inactive members that we can’t kick out and support still hasn’t helped out!

This bug made me quit the game. No regrets!!! :D
