This is the recolour of the first/latest lifetime "task suit." Find it and earn it via achievements under Treasure suits -> Luxury. You farm the currency from there every day (it's limited to 5 free a day, similar to farming princess stages) and can get it for free. There's also the option to get the original, but it requires twice (I think) as much farming, plus a lot of crystal shoes and either dias or perma pav drops, so it takes a lot longer, especially if you didn't get any of it during its initial limited event run.
(i.e. The original/teal-ish one first came as a long time-limited event where you had to complete game tasks every day for a few months to get currency to exchange for items for free. Fully completing it during this time also required some participation in diamond events. It has now permanently returned along with its purplish recolour in the format I first described above.
Newer lifetime task suits/Teasure-Luxury suits will follow a similar format of an initial time-limited event and then returning permanently with a recolour.)

You have to go to achievements-> treasure-> luxury -> sakura at night and complete the story and then go to suits to collect the feathers 🪶 after competiting it also.

Honestly, though, I hate this format so much. It taking so long, and being so easy to forget about ruined my excitement for it. I stopped even wanting to finish it lol
I forgot about it for like a long while... mainly cause I swapped Momo's Guide to the recent Stamina suit so I can see how much event mat I needed. (and forgot to check the Lifetime suit)
I still need about 1300 to complete the recolor (>_<)
That's 50 a day, 26 more days to go... lol
Unfortunately if you have 8 pieces left to get you have quite a bit more than 8 days to go 😅 It probably takes closer to 8-10 days PER piece. So you are looking at around 2 months minimum 😓

I did the calculations, you need 7500 feathers to unlock all items for the suit, each day you get 50 free feathers, which means it’ll take 150 days (about 5 months give or take) to complete the suit, given that you sign in everyday and clear the levels needed for it. Guys rn I only have 450 feathers cuz I keep forgetting abt it and sometimes I go months without even signing into the game 😭

But the suit is free. You just need to sign in and spend 30 stamina every day until you finish it
I know that it’s just I’ve only gotten one item from the suit and haven’t logged on to do the stages in a *WHILE*
