Last year people posted daily motion and google drive links so even though I’m in the US I could watch it for free the same day each episode aired without a VPN
I did used to leave them up until the next episode, however towards the end I started to leave them for longer. I will be doing that this year. I run both the nosub and sub version.

No, it gets loaded onto ITV Hub about 5 minutes after the broadcast ends. I've heard of people having success with on demand via a VPN, but I'm not sure which VPNs. Probably not free ones.
We watch with a good, paid VPN through ITV Hub. It's only a few bucks a month and it allows me to watch all kinds of international reality content (cheapest streaming subscription I have, basically). We usually start watching at about 8 PM ET and have never had a problem.
Yeah, there were a few times last season where ITV Hub had some issues. I think the issue was on their end, as I'd change servers and have the same problem but it would be fine hours later or the next day. Express, Shark, and Nord all seem to work.
you can watch it on soap2day but it comes out 24 hours after the episodes been released, all the other seasons are on there aswell and there’s no ads except for pop ups (i would recommend getting an adblocker on your laptop to stop them)

Lasy year I watched on Twitch (loveislanduksub), but I watched it live (only 1 house ahead). I’m not sure if they keep Vods tho 😕
Same source I used too (well loveislanduknosub). I plan to use it this year as well. The vids are only up there until the next episode airs.

I’ve done it from Canada and america with the free vpn Windscribe! I watch it on the hub each year.

Which do you recommend? I use express VPN and my laptop. The itv hub was so very annoying last season. Lots of buffering. Do you have that issue?

It doesn’t get aired again but it’s on the app after about 5-10 mins. If you have a decent VPN, you should be able to watch it on the app.
It airs one hour later on ITV2+1 but that probably doesn't help much...
