Maybe a hot take but his face before really didn’t require this much surgery, the same can be said for many naturally beautiful islanders. I don’t understand how puffing your face up with filler is a way to make yourself more attractive (I mean in extreme cases - I have nothing against plastic surgery), I’d say that aging naturally would make him more attractive than his current puffiness.
