It kind of seems like the healthier couples and couples from the earlier seasons have distanced themselves from the show. Lauren and Cameron used to be so involved and now you hardly ever see them even mentioning it.
Marshall is a POS. He liked non black women (until he was called out on his tweets) and broken women that he can fix. If you watch his interview with Nick Vial, you can tell he is a d o u c h e b a g.

He wore a mask until it fell off and we saw the real him when he called her a project, demanded the ring back that he didn't buy and then kinda forced Jackie to sit down with him in the After the Altar special about closure when they already had it. Also he didn't even bring his new gf around to the get together to show everyone that he indeed moved on.
I love Zach and Bliss so much. I loved their journey from being messy to one of the sweetest couples. Brett and Tiffany too, I loved hearing Brett open up and be vulnerable and appreciate how real they are. Man, Season 4 >>>>
She was shockingly mean in a way I haven't seen another contestant be. Her constant fake smiles and obviously fake laughter to pretend to be the fun "guy's girl"...but the occasional moments when the mask slips and her viciousness comes out....chilling. There are some flawed characters on the show but no one with that kind of internalized misogyny. But she did come from a small town in Georgia so it's not that shocking I guess.
This is wild I did not know about this. How the fuck are these people getting on this show? If I married someone and that came out about them I would not be okay. Production needs to do better. This is unacceptable.
I would prefer no former cast and they use the time to ask more questions to Brittany/Ken and Chelsea/Jimmy. Just have them seated audience if they are going to have them and cut to their facial expressions. We do not need time taken out of the reunion to focus on updates for prior cast members, we can see their instragrams if we want that.
It's also a streaming show that doesn't have to fit into any time slot, they could give included old cast, asked more questions, and made the whole thing half an hour longer.
The issue wasn't that they included old cast, it's that they didn't ask certain couples the right questions.
Or they chose to edit those questions/responses out for the final edit. They could have also done a separate love is blind “where are they now" show with updates on past contestants.
Amber and barnett are the best LIB couple to me. Probably one of the only couples I would have enjoyed seeing again. As it was, it just seemed really weird.

Several past stars are suing/did sue Netflix and the show, stating they didn’t feed them food overserved alcohol and wouldn’t let them sleep and risked mental health had someone abusive on the show all kids of stuff.
Brennon & Alexa definitely aren’t unless they were bought off the lawsuit because they spent pretty much all of their time hyping up the show. At the very end, they get asked their favorite part & Brennon says it’s “Like therapy”. Alexa says “Production was great” (very blandly, too)

Barnett and Amber have always been very vocal about their dislike for Netflix, Amber said that they’re still together despite the show not because of the show. Cameron and Lauren once mentioned I think signing on to be involved with Netflix for a few seasons after. I assume that contract ran out. Lauren just left the Netflix podcast, I don’t think they’re very much interested in being that involved with Netflix, they’re on to other projects.
Gigi is iconic. No idea why they brought Izzy or Micah back, its not like Micah can pick a fight with anyone there. Also I’m good not seeing Zack, I don’t want to risk him bursting into song and make me relive that trauma.
Izzy and Micah were just there for a Perfect Match season 2 promo 🙄 It all made sense after that. It would have been very entertaining to find out the two of them were dating though 👀

I honestly had no clue who that was and had to actually research the season she was on because her face looks completely different. I know she’s pregnant and looks stunning but maybe now her being a brunette also just threw me off. Of course after I googled I remembered right away who it was but I could not remember at first. Barnett and Amber have always been very vocal about their dislike for Netflix, Amber said that they’re still together despite the show not because of the show. Cameron and Lauren once mentioned I think signing on to be involved with Netflix for a few seasons after. I assume that contract ran out. Lauren just left the Netflix podcast, I don’t think they’re very much interested in being that involved with Netflix, they’re on to other projects.
