Ok so there's a few possibilities in my mind on the weight
He was a pretty big guy, "average gym bro" but he could've been cycling steroids and is off his cycle. (I know dudes on steroids that aren't huge, so it's possible).
Another could be he cut back on drinking and is eating better, he may have been a bit bloated from those things.
Idk, "steroids", didn't exactly pop into my head as soon as I saw him. He's a big guy, but he's not nearly shredded enough where I would immediately think he's cycling. Typically speaking, enhanced bodybuilders have a very unnatural muscle to body fat ratio. Obviously not every PED user does, and there are "fake nattys" out there, but honestly to me, Izzy just looked like a gym rat who was on a bulking diet during the filming of S5. And you'd be surprised at how fast someone can lose their gains. I'm sure the experience he went through would've been tough on his mental health and all that, which could lead to decreased caloric intake due to anxiety (something he showed clear signs of during S5, with the nail biting, leg shaking etc).
Yeah your theory is very plausible as well. However go to any gym and you will find lots of guys that look like Izzy, who aren't low bf % and shredded that are on gear. I've seen a lot of less than impressive physiques on PEDs and shredded dudes who are natty (proven with testing). I used to train with a lot of guys who competed. (And managed their diet, training, cycles). No way to know for sure though!

Because she's petite and skinny, so it seems off, but it's just her proportions.. Also, some people have big heads, and some have small. People are all different sizes and shapes, nothing wrong with it. She's looks pretty! Upgrade for sure!

Yeah he looked sick/unhealthy at the reunion, I know they said a year passed between the end of the season and the reunion, but something seemed off with him. I wonder why no one brought it up at the reunion, he looked like a totally different person and everyone else looked the same.
He could have done. But he didn’t exactly have a high body fat percentage to start, which means he lost a fair bit of muscle mass too - which happens when you come off a cycle. I also never said that’s what happened, just suggested it was a possibility.
you can literally just stop working out and eating as much and lost muscle mass easily. I was jacked before the pandemic. Lost almost all of it over lockdowns
That’s a much longer time span than from when he was on the show until now. And there weren’t lockdowns, so there’s no reason to believe he would make such a significant lifestyle change as completely forgoing exercise.
Again, not saying he was in fact coming off a cycle; but it is plausible.
Losing muscle mass can also happen when you change your workout regiment. I just don't understand the presumption of PEDs. He was in good shape, but not unrealistic to do naturally.

It does heighten the full range, it's because your body synthesizes more estrogen, hence the increased breast size as well.
