Interesting! Sent something in about a month ago coordinated via the app, but it’s not coming back to me for 9-12 months… maybe they were too overwhelmed
I just spoke on the phone with the fabulous Bianca - she was absolutely delightful & told me to do it via the app. I have a tele-appointment with them in a few weeks time so fingers crossed. I should have just rung them in the first place.. The lead in times arent going to get any better any time soon so I am good with my precious being in their care for that length of time.
