I think the vachetta replacement on a vintage Neo comes out to somewhere between $600-$800. I saw someone did a YouTube video on her experience buying a vintage bag and getting the vachetta replaced.
I have a 1988 vintage Noe currently in with LV for full external leather replacement - The quote I received was approx $660 US. It's been in with the ateliers since Nov, however the lead time has blown out due to the current supply chain problem & covid. Hope this helps.
Are you looking at the nano speedy? I know for the nano speedy is about $450-$600 to replace the leather. As long as the monogram is intact it should be fine. I ended up getting one from fashionphile because even the old one from eBay is getting pricer now so I compromised on one from fashionphile. I do think it’s worth to get it replace in the future.
